The Race Courses
Three courses between the Tyrrhenian Sea and the Gulf of Naples: the historic Roma to the Aeolian Islands, the Riva around the Pontine Islands and, from 2027, the new Roma into the Gulf of Naples.
The course
From 2027 the Roma enters the Gulf of Naples on a new, more compact 317-mile course: after the Ventotene-Santo Stefano gate the boats pass Ischia, sail along the Naples waterfront from Castel dell'Ovo to Torre del Greco, round Punta Campanella and Capri and head back north to Riva di Traiano.
